Major Tasks

  • Facilitate the constant development and retention of the Face-to-Face (F2F) in house team and frontline fundraisers.
  • Provide effective coaching and leadership to help the team exceed target requirements and maintain high levels of motivation.
  • Monitor the monthly and weekly performance of both the team and individual members. Identify and provide recommendations on areas where improvement is needed.
  • Stand in for F2F Manager when necessary.
  • Prepare a final consultancy report including results, lessons learned and recommendations.


  • An efficient and effective F2F fundraising team well-trained on UNICEF’s work and core values, and possessing the skills to meet and exceed fundraising targets.
  • Lead members of the team to recruit at least two donors per day.
  • Submit weekly and monthly detailed performance reports that includes recommendations from the field.
  • F2F operations achieve target Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Final report with analysis and feedback of F2F operations for future setup and implementation.

Qualifications and Competencies of Successful Consultant

  • Secondary/vocational education with additional training in a relevant field.
  • University degree in Marketing, Communication or other relevant disciplines preferred but not required.
  • At least 3 years of experience in F2F fundraising field operations role.
  • Ideally with 2 years of experience in a fundraising management role.
  • Previous experience working with UN or NGO is preferred but not required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Able to work in a multi-disciplinary, multi-cultural environment.
