UNICEF Papua New Guinea Country Office is looking for an International Consultant – Health Training Coordinator (MNCH, Immunization, and HIV/AIDS). The consultant will provide high‑level technical assistance and national coordination for planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of capacity‑building for health care workers (HCWs) and Village Health Assistants (VHAs) across MNCH, Immunization and HIV/Triple Elimination.
Le spécialiste en logistique, chaîne du froid et en gestion des vaccins est chargé d'aider le pays à planifier, utiliser, gérer les stocks, éliminer (si nécessaire) et notifier correctement tous les vaccins utilisés lors des campagnes de vaccination contre la poliomyélite.
Afin d’améliorer la qualité de la réponse pour les différents passages, particulièrement pour les aspects relatifs à la manipulation et la gestion du vaccin, l’évaluation de la capacité de stockage par la mise à jour de l’inventaire de stock et des équipements disponibles, le bureau de l’UNICEF en Guinée initie le recrutement d’un(e) consultant (e) international(e) pour 4 mois pour appuyer le pays dans la coordination et la mise en œuvre du plan de préparation des aspects logistiques.
Le/la coordonnateur(trice) international(e) de la réponse Polio sera chargé(e) d’assurer en étroite collaboration avec le superviseur la coordination de la réponse UNICEF à l’épidémie Polio y compris les assistances techniques dans le cadre du mandat de l’UNICEF au sein de l’IMEP.
Monitoring & Evaluation Officer is accountable for the accomplishment of the stated key end-results by providing professional expertise and assistance in information/data collection, statistics and data analysis, monitoring & evaluation (M&E), preparation of reports, communication and partnership, and in implementing training programmes for national and sub-national data collection, monitoring, evaluation and research capacity building with special attention to the interest, concern and participation of primary stakeholders.
