The purpose of this assignment is to support operationalize and strengthen World Bank Grievance Redressal Mechanism (GRM) within UNICEF-supported project structures, ensuring that grievance and feedback systems are accessible, inclusive, and responsive to the needs of affected populations. The assignment will support the development and rollout of GRM procedures and tools, build the capacity of implementing partners, ensure timely and confidential case management, and monitor performance against agreed KPIs and Service Level Agreements. It will also provide incidents reporting, inform adaptive programming, and generate evidence-based recommendations to improve accountability, service delivery, and alignment with World Bank Environmental and Social Standards (ESS) and UNICEF’s accountability framework.
