Consultant pour l’élaboration du Document de projet pour la mise en œuvre du Fonds des Nations Unies pour les ODD au Gabon.
Afin d’accélérer les progrès vers la réalisation des Objectifs de Développement Durables (ODD) à l’horizon 2030, le Secrétariat Général des Nations Unies a initié un Fond Commun des Nations Unies pour les ODD. Trois axes d’appuis sont envisagés par ce fonds : - Identifier et activer les outils politiques des ODD : Il s’agit d’aider les Equipes pays des nations Unies à identifier les leviers politiques, au moyen d’une approche intégrée et intersectorielle, permettant de réaliser des progrès rapides pour différents objectifs et cibles, sur la base des données, d’évaluations et d’analyses menées par les autorités nationales et partenaires internationaux ; - Renforcer l’architecture et l’écosystème de financement des ODD : Il s’agit de soutenir l’élaboration de stratégies de financement pour les investissements dans les ODD notamment (i) le renforcement des capacités de l’architecture de financement des ODD aux niveaux national et international ; et (ii) la mise en place de stratégies de financement multipartites dans le but d’accroitre considérablement l’ampleur et de mieux cibler les investissements en faveur des ODD ; - Catalyser la programmation stratégique et les investissements : Le Fonds soutiendra les Equipes Pays des Nations Unies dans l’investissement pour les initiatives clés issues des points précédents et qui mobilisent les financements publics et privés pour les progrès vers les ODD.
