Le but de la mission est de contribuer à renforcer l’immunité des enfants ayant échappé au calendrier vaccinal en les rattrapant afin de réduire la morbidité et la mortalité liées aux maladies évitables par la vaccination
- Objectif général :
L’objectif général est d’apporter un appui au PEV pour la documentation complète de la mise en œuvre du Big Catch Up (BCU) ou grand rattrapage afin de contribuer à la réduction de la morbidité, de la mortalité et des handicaps dus aux maladies évitables par la vaccination à travers les activités de rattrapage des enfants zéro doses et sous-vaccinés âgés de 12 à 59 mois.
- Objectifs spécifiques :
Les objectifs spécifiques sont entre autres :
Appuyer les acteurs du PEV des 35 districts sanitaires du pays dans la documentation de la gestion des vaccins et des données de vaccination ;
Appuyer le suivi, la collecte, la compilation et l’analyse des données pour permettre d’améliorer la complétude des données de grand rattrapage des enfants de 12 à 59 mois sur la plateforme DHIS2 à tous les niveaux de la pyramide sanitaire.
Mettre à jour les formulaires GAVI de réconciliation des doses utilisées et enfants zéro dose et sous-vaccinés rattrapés
Assurer la documentation de la mise en œuvre du grand rattrapage en triangulant les données de couvertures vaccinales avec les quantités des doses de vaccins reçues, utilisées et restantes. |
