The consultant will support the Programme Monitoring and Evaluation (PMED) Section in capturing UNICEF’s experience as a technical partner, identifying key programmatic and operational lessons learned, and formulating actionable recommendations to inform future engagements in similar government-led, results-based financing initiatives. The consultant will contribute to the development of a comprehensive report, a policy brief, and presentation materials that will guide UNICEF’s strategic positioning in nutrition and primary health care programmes in the Philippines and beyond. |
