The consultancy responds to persistent challenges in access, quality, equity, and learning outcomes, particularly for vulnerable children and girls. Working with UNICEF, UNFPA, UNESCO, WFP, UNODC, and other partners, the consultant will design an integrated operational plan that defines priority geographic areas and schools, a minimum package of complementary services, implementation strategies, a results framework, and monitoring and reporting mechanisms. The assignment includes document review, stakeholder consultations, proposal development, and facilitation of validation meetings. The objective is to strengthen coordination, leverage comparative advantages of UN agencies, and maximize collective impact under the UNSDCF 2022–2026, ensuring sustainable and scalable solutions for the education sector. |
