The United Nations Children’s Fund in Cambodia is looking for a national consultant to conduct a national landscape analysis and needs/risk assessment of child drowning incidents in Cambodia. The focus will be on high-risk regions, identified through data collection and stakeholder engagement, including community-based surveys in provinces with the highest reported drowning cases. The consultant will also facilitate a participatory process with stakeholders to map out key actors, understand the current landscape of drowning prevention efforts, and propose actionable solutions to address the identified gaps.
