1. Instructional design to technical content (to be provided by UNICEF) that would be engaging for adult learners;
2. Design of complementary visuals, PowerPoint slides, videos, etc.(this would be a combination of using stock and UNICEF images/videos and where these are insufficient to convey the intended messages, this would require creation of custom graphics); and
3. Development of e-course in an online medium.

This version is developed based on feedback on the Alpha version provided by the internal reference group and the Content Developer consultant.
