UNICEF Pacific is in search of a dedicated and proactive international consultant. The consultancy is for a period of 50 working days spread over 5 months. S/he will be based remotely for the entire duration of the assignment and providing support in the preparation of the Pacific Climate Change Initiative and Resilient Education Programme Proposal. Significant capacity building and skills transfer is expected from approaches used in carrying out the work as well as specific focused training sessions. The Technical Advisor is also expected to assist MEC in setting up systems and processes (e.g. dashboards, guidance, SOPs, etc.) to enable the team to sustain stronger Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning approaches even after completion of the consultancy.
