6. Complete Country Report features to allow users to have granular access to HOPE data

- Conduct review on the existing policy framework, processes and practices on PCB ECCD, including key gaps and challenges in policy, capacity, and coordination structures. - Identify potential areas for reforms and ways forward toward sustainability and strengthening of PCB ECCD as a budget strategy within the PFM systems.

The consultant will support the shaping of the research direction, advise on the production of key outputs, and contribute to the delivery of a flagship publication.
