The Finance Manager also oversees preparation of the GPEI and UNICEF quarterly expenditure reporting as well as financial gaps analysis, building on the GPEI and UNICEF resource mobilization strategy. The post also provides support to regional and country offices for in-country resource mobilization efforts both with private and public sector donors.

Under the supervision of the Planning Manager, the position (i) supports the collection and/or generation of relevant data and analysis for supply chain, forecasting, and demand planning purposes. (ii) contributes to ensuring supply chain business intelligence is developed and available, organizational performance indicators are regularly monitored, supply Dashboards and other visibility and monitoring tools are available, working optimally and meeting the needs of the Supply and Programme functions;
