Le Mali est fortement touché par les crises multidimensionnelles et les urgences récurrentes qui affectent la région du Sahel et entraînent d’importants déplacements de population. Depuis 2012, le pays fait face à des crises prolongées et à des conflits armés dans le nord, qui se sont progressivement étendus vers le centre et le sud.
Cette situation a un impact particulier sur les personnes handicapées, souvent plus exposées au risque d’exclusion. Elles peuvent perdre un logement adapté, des aides techniques, des moyens de subsistance ou leur réseau de soutien.
Elles sont également Confrontées à la stigmatisation, aux attitudes négatives de certaines communautés locales, ainsi qu’à des obstacles physiques ou communicationnels, par exemple lors de relocalisations dans des sites difficilement accessibles. Ces facteurs limitent leur accès à l’aide humanitaire, aux services d’eau, d’hygiène et d’assainissement, ainsi qu’aux services spécialisés tels que la réadaptation.
À mesure que les populations se déplacent vers les centres urbains, le rôle des acteurs locaux devient essentiel pour répondre aux besoins croissants. En tant qu’intervenants de première ligne, les municipalités peuvent favoriser des environnements propices à l’inclusion, qui constitue un élément clé de la résilience.
L’objectif du recrutement de ce/de cette consultant(e) est de renforcer temporairement les capacités opérationnelles et programmatiques de la Section Éducation de l’UNICEF, en apportant un appui technique et administratif ciblé à l’Assistant de programme, compte tenu du volume du travail et de la non-maîtrise de certains outils clés tels que « vision »

Etudes Secondaire Complete avec moins 06 années d’expériences, en Administration ou autres discipline connexes.
Connaissance approfondie des politiques et procédures administratives de l'UNICEF
Solides compétences et aptitudes en matière d'organisation, de planification et de hiérarchisation des priorités
Grand sens de la confidentialité, esprit d'initiative et bon jugement.
Capacité à travailler efficacement avec des personnes d'origines nationales et culturelles différentes.
Formation et expérience dans l'utilisation de MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint et d'autres logiciels de l'UNICEF tels que SharePoint
Language Requirements:
La maitrise du Français est obligatoire, lu et écrit, et celle de la langue anglaise serait un Atout.
