Under the leadership of the DATA Transformation Steering Committee in the Ministry of Education, Innovation, Youth, Sports, Arts and Culture (MEIYSAC), a consultant will be contracted to undertake a comprehensive EMIS diagnostic, generate analytical insights, and formulate an operational roadmap for EMIS data transformation.
