In 2020, a total of 24 CPMPs were developed and the Consultant is expected to independently assess the extent to which those CPMPs met organizational benchmarks with respect to value for money (VfM) principles.” This will require checking the CPMP and related Results and Resources Matrixes from these countries against the established VfM principles.
This indicator is included in the Data Companion and Scorecard to the annual report for 2020 of the Executive Director of UNICEF the draft of which must be submitted to the Deputy Executive Director of Programmes by 17 Mar 2021.
