This assessment will inform the integration of learning and performance management in those tools and provide details of which cadres are using digital tools, if any, and which cadres will require development of new tools.
This individual consultancy will support and provide guidance to UNICEF South Sudan and the NBS for the preparation, implementation and completion of the MICS survey in the South Sudan.
