The Open Data Kit (ODK) Specialist consultant will be responsible for developing and updating the Access Coverage and Evaluation data collection tools to collect programmatic data for indicator monitoring dashboards.
Under the supervision and guidance of the Finance Officer the Finance Associate (Payments) will supervise, review and direct payments for the assigned area of responsibility. The Finance Associate will provide guidance and support to UNICEF offices and divisions in response to queries on payments within the area of assignment ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures and related policies, taking corrective action where required.
UNICEF ECARO is looking for a qualified Planning, Monitoring, Reporting & Research Consultant to support the Planning & Monitoring Manager (Humanitarian Performance Monitoring) in maintaining a functional HPM system that meets the monitoring and reporting requirements, working closely with the Refugee Response and Country Office Teams, the RO Emergency section and Programme sections.
Under the supervision of the Planning Manager, the position (i) supports the collection and/or generation of relevant data and analysis for supply chain, forecasting, and demand planning purposes. (ii) contributes to ensuring supply chain business intelligence is developed and available, organizational performance indicators are regularly monitored, supply Dashboards and other visibility and monitoring tools are available, working optimally and meeting the needs of the Supply and Programme functions;
