The roster will support UNICEF Offices and partners worldwide by enabling the CoE to deliver targeted technical assistance during its establishment phase, contributing to climate-resilient and low-carbon development outcomes for children. Specifically, it will allow UNICEF to:
•Scale technical capacity in response to increasing Country Office and government demand
•Rapidly mobilise expertise for time-sensitive programme, innovation, and financing needs
•Match specialized expertise to specific sectoral, regional, and country contexts
•Strengthen collaboration across the CoE, Country Offices, Regional Offices, headquarters divisions, and partners
•Ensure consistent, high-quality, and timely technical support

The Legal Affairs Specialist (TA) will give recommendations and advice on a wide range of organizational activities and interests, and concern, among other things, the interaction of UNICEF with governments and other key partners as well as on strategic initiatives across UNICEF.
