Dans ces zones, le consultant aura un rôle d'appui aux formations des formateurs nationaux des différents secteurs et au coaching des partenaires de mise en œuvre et dans la finalisation des modules et outils intégrés des soins de développement de la petite enfance incluant les autres composantes (nutrition, éducation, protection, santé, C4D).
Au niveau national, le(la) consultant(e) national(e) devra appuyer le PRONANUT à reprendre le rôle de programme porteur (Lead) du Ministère de la Santé qui doit maintenir le cadre organisationnel des acteurs /secteurs concernés par les SDE en organisant des réunions avec toutes les parties prenantes pour l'élaboration concertée des documents de formation.
Sur le plan opérationnel, le(la) consultant(e) national(e) s'assurera que la thématique (SDE) et ses activités sont débattues dans toutes les réunions de coordination avec les ONG en vue de collecter les informations et donner des orientations pour améliorer les activités des SDE. Un groupe de réflexion ad hoc (UNICEF, PRONANUT et ONG) sera mis en place en appui au PRONANUT Central pour préparer les documents devant servir aux formations avant la tenue des ateliers sur les SDE (Pre-atelier et atelier en Mai 2021).
