The purpose of this specific assignment is to write the 2025 UNICEF Mozambique Country Office Annual Report (COAR) and ensure quality 2025 results statements for all MCO areas of work.
in 2018, MOH, with support from UNICEF, launched a mentorship strategy to develop healthcare professionals, focused on antenatal care and childbirth, post-natal care, child health, in the provinces of Zambezia, Sofala, and Tete. The program involved experienced professionals represented by their professional organizations that and was implemented over three years and demonstrated improvements in maternal and child health services.
Therefore, considering the above factors, UNICEF intends to hire a consultant to develop national guidance for quality improvement for SSRH/MNCH aligned with the quality-of-care national strategy in force at MoH and to standardize the SSRH/MNCH mentoring model for Primary Health Care.
Long Term Agreement (LTA) for the Provision of high-quality photography, videography and storytelling services in Maputo, Nampula and Cabo Delgado provinces
UNICEF Mozambique is in search of a dedicated and proactive national Consultant to be stationed in the National Institute of Social Action who will support INAS in the processes of implementing the Beneficiary Management Information System (e-INAS/SIB), in the corrective and preventive maintenance of the IT park, among other activities related to the area of information and communication technologies. As INAS, IP employees use technological equipment and resources to carry out their activities. As such, service and technical support for users, as well as maintenance of IT equipment, are essential for the continuity of institutional activities. The small number of IT technicians in the institution (Central Body) and the absence of these professionals at local level make it difficult to adequately attend to the various processes underway. They also have a negative impact on meeting the deadlines set for planned activities.
In this context, the hiring of an IT technician will boost the implementation of the Beneficiary Management Information System, guaranteeing compliance with the provisions of ‘Axis 4 - Institutional Development’, point b), regarding the ‘scope for strengthening operational management’ of the ENSSB. The technician will directly report to the Head of the Information, Communication and Image Technologies.
Support UNICEF’s mission in Cabo Delgado! Based in Pemba Field Office as WASH Officer (Emergency and Cluster Coordination) NO2 level, you will play a dual role, supporting both the delivery of emergency WASH services and the coordination of partners within the WASH Cluster to ensure a timely, strategic, and effective response. If you meet the requirements and you are passionate about making a difference, we encourage you to apply.
