UNICEF Pacific is in search of a dedicated and proactive international consultant to support Education Data Systems and Products in Kiribati and Tuvalu. the consultant will map and identify specific needs within National Police services across five countries (Fiji, Vanuatu, Tonga, FSM, and RMI) related to provision of child-friendly services. This includes developing or strengthening training packages for child friendly services and then rolling out training Police across these countries to build the capacity of Police to carry out child-sensitive investigations of crimes against children. Key factors include providing child-sensitive services to child survivors of sexual assault, utilization of child interviewing techniques, making appropriate referrals of children in need of support to other service providers including social welfare and MHPSS professionals, and ensuring child-safe emergency accommodation where appropriate.
The Legal Affairs Specialist will give recommendations and advice on a wide range of organizational activities and interests, and concern, among other things, the interaction of UNICEF with governments, commercial service providers and other key partners as well as on strategic initiatives across UNICEF. This support helps UNICEF to take advantage of opportunities as well as safeguard the organization from risk. The Legal Team aims to identify and mitigate exposure to potential liability and financial loss, to safeguard the ability of the organization to be accountable to its stakeholders, and to preserve credibility as well as funding from member states and other donors, both public and private.

Education Outcomes Fund (EOF) is looking for an exceptional consultant to provide strategic and technical guidance to EOF on the management of EOF’s early childhood programme in Rwanda. The Consultant (Rwanda) will report to EOF’s Programme Manager and work closely with EOF’s central team.
To primarily support the D&A nutrition team in collating data and undertaking data analysis for the upcoming 2026 Flagship Child Nutrition Report (CNR) and support the finalization of different advocacy products for 2025 CNR. The 2025 report is delayed and now scheduled to be released in September 2025. As a result, data and analysis will need to be updated to ensure that UNICEF’S flagship nutrition report features the most up to data for countries worldwide. At the same time, the team needs to conceptualize and undertake analysis for the 2026 report which is scheduled to be released in August 2026. The 2026 edition of the CNR is focused on exclusive breastfeeding, a global nutrition target and the incumbent will support the team in identification and collation of relevant data sources, undertaking data quality reviews, validation of estimates. Additionally, this position will also support the team with undertaking country consultations for the nutrition sustainable Development Goals (SDG) indicators especially the newly accepted SDG on diets.
