Join UNICEF’s Private Fundraising and Partnerships (PFP) Finance team, where data-driven investment decisions help grow private-sector fundraising and deliver results for children. In the Budget and Analysis Unit (BAU), you will support the Business Analyst (Investment) to design, test and manage fundraising investment and innovative financing vehicles across National Committees and UNICEF country offices—monitoring performance, analysing financial and non-financial data, and producing clear reporting and dashboards. You will also contribute to the functional enhancement and ongoing maintenance of the QFS application in close collaboration with technical stakeholders.
The purpose of this consultancy is to support the Ministry of Community Development and Social Services (MCDSS) in conducting a comprehensive assessment of the current Single Window Management Information System (MIS) and recommending measures to align it with the redesigned Single Window business processes. The consultancy aims to generate a comprehensive, human rights–based and equity focused analysis of the situation of children and adults with disabilities in Syria, with a view to strengthening national systems, informing disability inclusive policies, and improving access to services across sectors. It will examine how disability inclusion is reflected within legislation, policies, service delivery systems, and child protection structures; assess barriers to accessing justice, civil documentation, education, health, social protection, livelihoods, and humanitarian assistance; and identify protection risks, gender disparities, and gaps in institutional care, MHPSS, and early intervention services. The assignment will also evaluate system readiness, community attitudes, accessibility of justice mechanisms, existing referral pathways, and the roles of key stakeholders.
