The WASH Specialist reports to the WASH Manager (Level 4) for guidance and general supervision. The main purpose of the job is to support markets with experimentation &testing, audience personalization, CRO, and audience-centricity campaigns.
To achieve these results, the professional will support four geographical squads (Central 1, Central 2, Aurora, Sunrise) to ensure Optimizely tool implementation (new global giving CRO platform) and correct application of the personalization strategy across 25 new markets that were onboarded this year. The goal is to increase their digital fundraising activities and maximize results, providing additional capacity and capability by ensuring the squads have correct test and learn measurement framework across the whole year for both cash and pledge campaigns. The incumbent will provide technical fundraising expertise and guidance on optimizing personalization experiences and testing to maximize revenue.
