In addition, UNICEF WHO Thailand, and other partners aim to advocate, advocate for the increase investment for the government to improve access for parenting programmes, as well as to mobilize the multi-sectoral stakeholders to jointly agree upon and support the development of a strategic framework for parenting in Thailand. To support this effort, the ECD/Education Team of UNICEF is seeking a qualified consultant to provide technical support with UNICEF’s programme implementation to support parenting for young children and for UNICEF and partners’ effort to advocate the universal expansion of quality parenting programme for young children.
UNICEF Moldova is looking for an individual consultant to provide technical assistance to assess the digitalization of social protection business processes within the National Office of Social Insurance.
Under the general guidance of the South Area Field Office Chief and technical guidance from the SBC Section, and in close coordination with Sectoral and Cross-Sectoral Specialists and Officers, contributes to/responsible for the design, management, monitoring and evaluation of evidence-based, inclusive and innovative SBC strategies in support of the country programme. The Officer will be based on Kosti, White Nile state, and will provide support to the whole South Area.
Under the supervision of the Partnerships Manager, the Donor Relations Specialist position’s purpose is to deepen collaboration with key stakeholders and provide an interface for environmental scanning, knowledge exchange, resource mobilization, and policy influence, with a focus on reporting, partnership management and outreach.
S/He may also serve as focal point and resource for colleagues on specific thematic areas of strategic relevance for partnership development.
