The Senior Driver at the G-3 level provides reliable and safe driving services to staff members of the country office, for official purposes, demonstrating the highest standards of professionalism, security awareness, discretion, integrity, and responsibility. The Senior Driver also exhibits excellent knowledge of protocol while ensuring compliance with local driving rules and regulations.
This role supports key projects including Windows 11 migration, Cloud Printing, Secure Access deployment, and workspace relocations amid UNICEF House renovations—enhancing operational efficiency and user experience across UNICEF’s New York office
The incumbent will be responsible for cutting edge technical support and advice in developing, reviewing and/or adopting QA policies around International Product Standards, ISO driven Quality Management Systems and regulatory reliance frameworks of both stringent and maturing regulatory authorities, the latter particularly in areas where UNICEF will be fostering a localization agenda to move manufacturing closer to end-users. The position requires close collaboration with product specialists and procurement teams in UNICEF and in partner organisations, specialised technical working groups and other major stakeholders to harmonize QA policies and provide consistency and commonality in QA methods and requirements. Environmental and Social Sustainability is of growing importance in UNICEF, and a key contribution of this position will be further development and implementation of UNICEF sustainable procurement policies and procedures.
The Junior Communications Consultant will sit within UNICEF’s exciting and dynamic Product Innovation Centre (PIC). This team drives research and development (R&D) and scale of new innovative products to improve the lives of children across the world. The Product Innovation Centre (PIC) requires a consultant with a proven flair for communicating, and a good knowledge of design, data visualization, video editing tools and knowledge management platforms. The consultancy will support the design, development and roll out of the centre's communication, knowledge management and advocacy strategies. aiming at increasing awareness, demands and funds for innovative products that foster the unmet needs of children.
The United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF) in Phnom Penh, Cambodia, is seeking a passionate, dedicated, experienced, and highly motivated person to execute a broad variety of routine tasks and some specialized for the respective section, requiring thorough knowledge of UNICEF administrative procedures, processes and policies. The minimum requirement is Completion of secondary education is required, preferably supplemented by technical or university courses related to the field of work with a minimum of 5 years of relevant administrative or clerical work experience. There is a flexibility to substitute years of work experience with additional academic degrees for GS posts: a bachelor’s degree may replace 3 years of related work exp. A master’s one may replace an additional 2 years.
