In 2024 and early 2025, a Climate Landscape Analysis for Children (CLAC) was conducted in Belarus by a team of national and international experts, with the support of UNICEF in Belarus. The analysis examined the baseline situation of climate and environment-related issues affecting children in the country. The report was prepared in both Russian and English. Purpose of Activity/ Assignment: To review and finalize the CLAC report, incorporating feedback from UNICEF ECARO and UNICEF Belarus Country Office, and to develop a Policy Brief and Action Plan for adolescent engagement in climate change adaptation and mitigation, aligned with the CPD 2026–2030.
UNICEF is supporting the government of Indonesia to scale up the free meal programme in Papua province. The purpose of this consultancy is to provide technical expertise in reviewing and assessing the architectural layout and cost estimates of kitchen facility infrastructure to ensure functional, cost-efficient, and aligned with national standards for food safety, hygiene, and nutrition service delivery. This will support the effective implementation of the Free Nutritious Meal Programme for children and pregnant women in Papua by ensuring that physical infrastructure is well-designed, appropriately budgeted, and capable of sustaining high-quality meal preparation and distribution. The consultant will work for approx. 4 months, based in Jayapura.
The overall aim of this consultancy is to support the development the national strategy and action plan (2025-2030), including the proposal of strategic priorities, coordination mechanisms, and a framework with indicators for monitoring and evaluation for the elimination of FGM in Guinea-Bissau.
The primary objective of this consultancy is to design, develop, and implement the Care Connect System, enabling healthcare professionals at various levels to collaborate and share information efficiently. UNICEF requires specialized expertise in programming and system development tailored to digital health initiatives. Given the short timeframe and the technical complexity of the work, a full-time, dedicated consultant is essential to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
