Purpose of Activity/Assignment: UNICEF Afghanistan is commissioning the Evaluation of Polio Programme in Afghanistan. The evaluation will serve as a critical tool for incorporating best practices, fostering continuous learning, and ensuring polio interventions better serve beneficiaries. These Terms of Reference (ToR) describe the primary purpose, objectives, scope, tentative evaluation questions, proposed methodological approach, associated risks, and qualifications of external consultants required to undertake this summative evaluation between April 2025 and October 2025, with preliminary analysis available by July 2025.

The United Nations Children’s Fund in Cambodia is looking for a national consultant for quality assurance and certification of solar energy system installations in schools and healthcare facilities in Cambodia. The minimum qualification required is a master’s degree in engineering (electrical/electronic) or related field to energy efficiency, renewable energy with at least 2 years relevant experiences in the field of solar energy and with experience in managing or supervising at least five projects of mini solar energy system installations (at least 5kwp).

The Programme Specialist provides technical guidance to UNICEF Myanmar to strengthen programme management to support an agile and strategic approach to expanding coverage of services and supplies, and in accordance with the Humanitarian Response Plan and other planning frameworks. The programme specialist works closely with Field Operations, the Emergency Unit, PME, and programme sections, to capture programming adjustments and to strengthen internal coordination.
The function also contributes to maintaining and enhancing the credibility and ability of UNICEF to fulfil Core Commitments for Children.
