UNICEF Armenia seeks the support of Sampling Expert to provide technical assistance to ArmStat throughout the planning, implementation, and reporting stages of Multiple Indicator Cluster Surveys (MICS). It is expected that the Consultant will be based at the premises of ArmStat.
The consultant will support EOF’s team in relation to its ECCE (Early Childhood Care and Education) outcomes fund in South Africa, which is expected to launch in November 2025 and continue implementing until 2029.
The purpose of this consultancy is to support the Government of Tanzania and UNICEF in embedding child-sensitive safeguards into the country’s Digital Public Infrastructure (DPI), with a focus on systems handling children’s data, specifically civil registration (eRITA), national digital identity (NIDA), and education systems.
