The Officer will provide technical guidance to Country Offices, enhance data systems, and ensure high-quality monitoring and reporting on the situation of children and women. Candidates should have at least 2 years of relevant experience in program monitoring and evaluation, strong data analysis skills, and fluency in English and Spanish.
