UNICEF Cambodia is seeking an international consultant for Proposal development for Fund for Responding to Loss and Damage (FRLD) on social sectors for children in Cambodia. The role requires at least an advanced university degree (Master’s or higher) in climate change, disaster risk management, environmental science, climate finance or social sciences or other relevant fields of study along with at least 8 years of professional experience in climate change, climate finance, loss and damage or disaster risk management or related fields. Experience in conducting research or previous work on loss and damage is preferred.
