UNICEF Zimbabwe seeks to hire a passionate and dedicated Social and Behaviour Change (SBC) Manager for their SBC team. The Manager, Social and Behaviour Change reports to the Deputy Representative Programmes for general guidance and direction.The SBC Manager is responsible for developing a systematic, planned and evidence-based strategy and process for SBC as an integral part of programme development, planning and implementation.
Under the general guidance of the Chief of Field Office, the incumbent is responsible for providing technical support to the implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of all stages of social policy programing and related advocacy from strategic planning and formulation to delivery of concrete and sustainable results. The position reports to the respective Chief of Field Office at level 4.
As our new intern, you will support the Communications Team in the Service Quality Management (SQM) section. The communications function at the GSSC manages internal and external communication platforms, producing multimedia content, newsletters, and campaigns to enhance staff engagement and knowledge sharing. It supports various communication initiatives, including visual content creation, SharePoint management and the coordination of strategic messaging and events.
Under the overall supervision and guidance of the Communication Specialist, the intern will support the team with content creation for the GSSC’s internal platforms.
Under the overall supervision and guidance of Quality Assurance, the intern will perform data analysis, take part in regular QA regular checks and deep dives, also the coordination and support functions of the QA team.
The Digital Communication Officer supports the Digital Unit and is responsible for working closely with the Digital Communication Specialist to implement the communication and advocacy strategy with a focus on social media management, content creation, including with young people, community management, planning and coordination, reporting and analyzing.
