Under the direct supervision of the WASH Officer (Infrastructure) NOB and the overall guidance of the WASH Specialist P3, provide professional technical assistance to infrastructure activities of the WASH Section.
The WASH Officer (Infrastructure) NoA provides professional technical, operational and administrative assistance throughout the WASH programming process, through the application of theoretical and practical technical skills in researching, collecting, analyzing and presenting programme information while learning organizational rules, regulations and procedures to support the development, implementation and monitoring of the WASH output results of the Country Programme. He/she focuses on WASH Infrastructure projects, collaborating closely with relevant WASH colleagues at Antananarivo and in the field, as well as the Supply Section.

Under the guidance and direct supervision of the Communication Specialist, the consultant will assist the UNICEF Refugee Response Office in Poland communication team in (1) development and production of multimedia content to increase media reach and visibility effectiveness, (2) web-related activities and (3) creating and integrating content creation strategy and plan into the RRO Communications Strategy, where relevant.
The role of the Content Creation and Multimedia Consultant will be crucial for supporting the office's communication efforts, with a focus on donor recognition, and visibility. The consultant will coordinate the content creation strategy and plan to promote the office’s ongoing work in the areas of education, child protection, health, and social and behaviour change.
The HR Officer reports to the Chief of HR for close guidance, training and supervision. The Officer provides support to the supervisor and colleagues in the unit by
executing HR services through applying knowledge of theoretical HR models, as well as
understanding of organizational HR policies and procedures.
