UNICEF seeks to hire an experienced, results oriented Individual consultant to assist UNICEF Lesotho Country Office to develop an ECE investment case for Lesotho. The investment case aims to demonstrate the value and impact of early learning on children, society and the nation as a whole. It provides evidence-based arguments to policymakers, highlighting how ECE can lead to better educational outcomes, increased economic productivity, and reduced social inequalities, among many benefits.
The Social & Economic Policy (SEP) unit at UNICEF Innocenti - Global Office of Research and Foresight is establishing a Roster of Consultants with pre-qualified candidates who can be contracted quickly to provide a range of research services. These may include quantitative or qualitative data collection activities, data analysis (quantitative and/or qualitative), literature reviews, writing research outputs such as reports, briefs or academic articles, amongst others.
Sous la supervision du Spécialiste en gestion des vaccins et en collaboration avec les bureaux terrains, les consultants devront :
• Apporter un appui aux provinces d’affectation dans la préparation et mise en œuvre des activités logistiques de la réponse aux épidémies de polio, afin d’assurer la disponibilité de vaccins et autres intrants, un confinement de la totalité des flacons de nOPV2 (novel Oral Polio Vaccine type 2) conformément aux SOPS (Standards Operating Procedures), d’ici fin 2025
• Contribuer à une meilleure gestion de la chaine de froid, des vaccins de routine et de toutes autres activités liées à la logistique vaccinale, d’ici fin 2025
The Consultant on Girls Vision for the Future – Cameroon Girls Movement will support the UNICEF Cameroon office by making girls ‘voices heard. The consultant will support in the preparation of the National and Regional Summit, ensure all logistics and administrative assets, while in parallel, contribute to the Girls' Movement's success until October 2025.
Along with the DOers and THINKers team, the consultant is expected to facilitate and accompany the success of the Girls Movement from June to December 2025. He/she will be held accountable for the success of the activities in a synchronized way in all 10 Regions. The consultant will ensure that the Girls' agenda in Cameroon is effectively represented at regional and global levels, aligning it with national priorities, the context of the country, and actions of the Country office.
