Under the guidance and direct supervision of the Communication Specialist, the consultant will assist the UNICEF Refugee Response Office in Poland communication team in (1) development and production of multimedia content to increase media reach and visibility effectiveness, (2) web-related activities and (3) creating and integrating content creation strategy and plan into the RRO Communications Strategy, where relevant.
The role of the Content Creation and Multimedia Consultant will be crucial for supporting the office's communication efforts, with a focus on donor recognition, and visibility. The consultant will coordinate the content creation strategy and plan to promote the office’s ongoing work in the areas of education, child protection, health, and social and behaviour change.
The consultant is expected to review and assess ongoing and past CLTS programmes in 10 rural communities, 10 IDP camps and 5 informal settlements in Central South Region (Mogadishu, Lower Shabelle, Middle Shabelle, Gedo and Hiran), Puntland (Garowe, Galkayo and Bosaso), and Somaliland (Hargeisa, Borama and Berbera).
