UNICEF Europe and Central Asia Regional Office (ECARO) is looking for a qualified Consultant who has expertise in inclusive education and social integration of refugee children and youth to capture promising practices and lessons learned from the UNICEF Europe and Central Asia system strengthening approach in the education sector both in emergencies and refugee response.
La présente mission de consultance vise à renforcer les capacités techniques de l’équipe Changement Climatique et Environnement (CCE) de l’UNICEF Madagascar dans la mise en œuvre de son plan de travail transversal. Le/la consultant(e) apportera un appui opérationnel et technique à l’exécution des activités déjà planifiées, en soutien aux points focaux climat des sections sectorielles (éducation, protection de l’enfance, communication, etc.) et à l’équipe climat pour assurer l’intégration des enjeux climatiques et environnementaux dans les interventions de l’UNICEF. Le rôle du/de la consultant(e) consistera à fournir une assistance directe à la réalisation des tâches définies, notamment le suivi technique des activités, la collecte d’informations, la production d’éléments de documentation, la rédaction de supports et de contributions techniques, et l’animation de consultations ou de formations programmées. La mission s’inscrit pleinement dans une logique de renforcement de la mise en œuvre opérationnelle.
The national consultant will work closely with the staff of the Unit under direct supervision of the Director of Unit, Coordinating Agency (EU) and UNICEF team to enhance mutual accountability in the sense for the MoES/Unit to possess full and detailed information on the sources of financing and investment in the education sector and timely monitoring of performance indicators, which results in information regularity and effective coordination.
Under the direction and guidance of the Regional Emergency Advisor, provides support to country offices in South Asia in emergency preparedness/DRR and response with regard to the development, planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of the emergency interventions, including fund-raising for emergency activities, to ensure the survival and well-being of children and mothers and affected communities in emergency. Provides guidance on coordination and support risk analysis and disaster risk reduction interventions linking to UNICEF supported emergency programme.
The United Nations Children’s Fund in Cambodia is looking for a national consultant for Child Protection data and information management. The minimum qualification required is a master’s degree in social work, sociology, international relations and related fields with at least eight years of professional experience, of which at least five in child protection information and data management, Case Management, and M&E.
