Under the supervision of the Deputy Representative, the Consultant will support UNICEF in the following:
1. Mainstream race and ethnicity, in the new edition of UNICEF SELO Systemic Result 6
2. Mainstream race and ethnicity, in the 2025 Mid-Year Review process

4. Enhance capacity of the CO to plan, monitor and evaluate race and ethnicity by developing and delivering Capacity Building for the CO staff
5. Conduct Strategic Partners Mapping for the Equity Focus of the Country Programme

The toolkit will empower the Ministry of Health (MOH) Community Health Committees (CHCs) to conduct annual community health needs assessments, identify community health priorities, identify priority health behaviors to address in health awareness and promotion outreach and campaigns, and foster a culture of ongoing community listening and action planning.
The assignment will strengthen community engagement mechanisms within the health sector, contributing to resilience building, emergency preparedness, and improved health outcomes. This assignment will be conducted in two governorates: Jerash, and Zarqa.
