The ability of the Senior Supply and Logistics Manager to successfully advise and provide critical remote and physical support to emergency responses directly impacts on UNICEF’s ability to deliver results of children in complex emergency contexts. This in turn contributes to maintaining/enhancing the credibility of UNICEF as an effective and responsible manager of funds entrusted to the organization and to furthering UNICEF image as a competent organization for delivering cost effective and sustainable program results for children.
The purpose of this consultancy is to support NCPD to strengthen disability mainstreaming in national and local government planning and budgeting processes through improved tools, monitoring, capacity building, coordination, and advocacy, with a focus on upcoming planning and budgeting cycles. Moreover, the consultant will provide support to several other initiatives across capacity assessment, mapping disability indicators across Government Management Information Systems (MIS), development of institutional and operational guidelines for disability management information system (DMIS) and referral as systems and supporting costing the package of disability support
The purpose of this assignment is to generate timely and robust evidence on the efficiency, effectiveness, equity, and adequacy of health spending in Malawi over the last five fiscal years (2021/22–2025/26). The analysis will assess programme prioritization within District Implementation Plans (DIPs), examine resource allocation and expenditure performance across key programme areas including PHC, SRMNCAH, HIV, immunization, and medicines financing, and identify opportunities to improve budget credibility, expenditure efficiency, and financial sustainability.
