Responsible for the development, planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of the emergency interventions to ensure the survival and well-being of children and mothers, and the affected communities in an emergency situation.

The WASH Officer provides technical, operational and administrative assistance throughout the WASH programming process, with a focus on WASH in Institutions (schools, healthcare facilities and public places like markets and transport hubs). The Officer prepares, manages and implements a variety of technical and administrative tasks, related to the development, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of the WASH output of the WASH output on Institutions and Menstrual Health and Hygiene (MHH) programs, as part of the results of the country programme.
