Division of Private Fundraising and Partnerships (PFP) HR Learning and Development Unit provides learning support to UNICEF’s PFP staff as well as other Geneva entities of ECARO, EMOPS and Outposted staff. The Unit provides staff with a rich offering of coaching and training programmes for various staff levels and roles. To respond to increased need for learning support, the Unit is seeking to hire a consultant to strengthen internal capacity for coaching, training design and delivery as well as overall support in organisation of training events.
The incumbent is responsible for the Virtual Hub team’s Profit & Loss of the markets and campaigns and supports digital-only fundraising operations across 16 markets from EAP, ECARO and MENA region. The Virtual Hub team is responsible for business profitability, new donor acquisition, revenue maximization and management of day-to-day operations.
One of the key aspects of the role includes enablement and empowerment of the regional fundraising teams at the market level, to help strengthen long-term digital transformation, regional capacity building in digital fundraising, content, best practices, process improvement, with an end goal of supporting financial sustainability and growth in revenue through Performance Marketing, taking the region’s fundraising capabilities and results to the next level.

The Social Policy officer is accountable for providing technical support and assistance in all stages of social policy programming and related advocacy from strategic planning and formulation to delivery of concrete and sustainable results.
Reporting to the Business Analyst, Digital Solutions & Innovation, the overall responsibility of this position is to provide Technical Assistance, Oversight, Capacity Building, and Partnerships for regional and country office T4D and innovation initiatives. This function supports the Regional T4D Business Analyst on Digital Innovation, PPM on Data Innovation, Supply Team on Product Innovation, PPP on Innovative Partnerships, and the Regional Senior Management Team and Advisors on Programme Innovation, as well as respective CO structures in corresponding areas.
