UNICEF China is looking for a seasoned candidate for the position of Partnerships Manager at NO4 level for deepen collaboration with key stakeholders especially Government of China, Member States, UN and partners overseeing global and regional inter-governmental platforms and provide an interface for political socio-economic environmental scanning, knowledge exchange, resource mobilization, and policy influence within the scope of assignment.
UNICEF China is seeking a motivated professional to join our Individual Fundraising (IFR) team to support Telemarketing Fundraising operations. The position plays a key role in coordinating call centers, supporting eDM and SMS campaigns, managing administrative processes, and ensuring the smooth implementation of fundraising activities. By strengthening donor engagement and operational efficiency, this role directly contributes to UNICEF’s mission to deliver results for children in China and beyond.
In partnership with the South African Department of Basic Education (DBE), The Education Outcomes Fund (EOF) launched the South Africa ECCE Outcomes Fund (“Fund 1.0”) in December 2025. Over three years, five implementing partners (IPs) will open around 1.4k new Early learning programmes (ELPs) and support around 600 existing ones throughout the country. The Outcomes fund is a form of outcomes-based financing, wherein payment to IPs is dependent on their progress towards pre-specified target outcomes. Under this model, EOF, IPs, and pre-financers providing working capital and performance management to the IPs, will frequently collect monitoring and evaluation data related to the interventions.
Fund 1.0 was developed as a way to learn about how to improve ECCE quality, to provide space for innovation, and as an opportunity for the DBE to broaden partnerships with non-state ECCE providers. Towards the scaling objectives of the 2030 ECD strategy and as outlined in the Bana Pele Blueprint, the DBE and EOF are interested in surfacing learnings from Fund 1.0 to inform the design of a future outcomes fund (“ELP Fund 2.0”). To support that effort, EOF is looking to collaborate with a consultant who will serve as a full-time member of the South Africa country team, to lead the learning, scaling, and evidence synthesis agenda for Fund 1.0.
As focal point of administrative management services in Mozambique Country Office, with main office and multiple field offices, the incumbent is accountable for delivery of efficient and cost effective administrative support services, providing guidance for operations of administrative support services and management of administrative staff. Ensures the office’s administrative operations and services are in compliance with the organization's administrative policy, procedures, rules and regulations.
The Nutrition Officer provides professional technical, operational and administrative assistance throughout the programming process for the nutrition programmes and projects. The incumbent applies theoretical and technical skills in researching, collecting, analyzing, and presenting technical programme information to support the development and formulation of the Nutrition Programme within the Country Programme, while learning organizational rules, regulations and procedures.
