The CRM Journeys Specialist is responsible for managing CRM journeys to optimize donor engagement and retention across 16 markets in the EAP, MENA, and ECARO regions. This role supports digital fundraising efforts by designing and implementing CRM strategies that enhance donor experience, maximize lifetime value, and contribute to overall revenue growth.
A key aspect of the role involves enabling and empowering regional fundraising teams to leverage CRM tools and insights. This includes building capacity in digital fundraising, improving processes, and sharing best practices to support long-term digital transformation. The ultimate goal is to drive financial sustainability and growth through targeted CRM initiatives, taking the region’s fundraising capabilities and results to the next level.
Under the supervision of the Chief PAC, the incumbent will be accountable for supporting resource mobilization efforts, for supporting advocacy, communications and visibility related to partners, and for monitoring and writing donor reports of programme funds, falling under UNICEF Tunisia Country Office.
Under the guidance of the Director of ECW and the direct supervision of the Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Specialist, the intern(s) provides technical and operational assistance to various processes in researching, collecting, analyzing, and presenting data and analysis while learning about organizational processes to support the implementation of the ECW workplan.
UNICEF East Asia and Pacific Regional Office is seeking an individual consultant to develop a user-friendly tool for zero dose and multisector deprivation analysis, with clear results tables, graphs and subnational maps.
Under the supervision of the UNICEF health specialist, the consultant will carry out the following activities:
• Scope the existing tools on multisector deprivation, and the tool/data analysis carried out in the EAPRO desk review.
• Based on the scoping, provide options for the user-friendly tool that would be fitting for the multisectoral zero dose analysis, including pros and cons of each option, online/offline, excel versus other programmes, etc.
• Develop the agreed-upon tool, which includes simple instructions, auto-plotting, ride-over and plotting of data by user, analysis and automatic presentation of the results in geographical maps.
• Testing of the tool, and cross checking the validity of the tool, including the time required for the complete assignment from start to finish for one select country, and validating the level of expertise required to use the tool.
• Carry out the analysis for 10 countries in the region, with the latest available data, in consultation with UNICEF Country Offices.
• Develop a 1-2 page information note on the tool for COs.
• Work with UNICEF EAPRO and HQ to determine the platform (s) to be made available for UNICEF country offices.
