Being part of GSSC, the Strategic Business and Change Management Section (previously titled as Service Quality Management Section) works within with the Director’s Office guiding the strategic direction of the GSSC and its journey to Global Business Services (GBS), is responsible for strategic planning, change management, partnership engagement, UN reform, communications and branding It furthermore covers all internal GSSC quality assurance, productivity analysis, forecasting and chargeback support, performance, service level agreement (SLA) and key performance indicator (KPI) management, efficiency reporting and benefits realization.
UNICEF's Office of Innovation (OOI) is looking for an experienced Partnership Manager who will deepen collaboration between the office, its key internal stakeholders, and its most valued public and private sector partners. The role will be responsible for both leading the management of OOI’s existing partnership portfolio of high value public and private sector partners as well as securing a diverse range of new partners.
The objective of this consultancy is to support the ESS initiative by creating a SharePoint platform where all ESS-related corporate documents, tools, and training materials are easily accessible, and to establish a Community of Practice (CoP) for staff to collaborate, share knowledge, and improve ESS implementation. It complements the current initiative on Safeguarding.
In line with these PSEA commitments, the purpose of the PSEA Capacity Building Consultancy is to provide support to the Child Protection Specialist - PSEA global technical lead, to deliver on UNICEF’s organizational priorities as outlined in the CPHA annual rolling work plan. This support will focus on specific, discrete PSEA initiatives, addressing targeted areas of work, including: 1) contributing to the strategic rollout and evaluation of the UN Victim Assistance Protocol, 2) development of transition guidance for mission drawdowns, and 3) rollout of the government framework on PSEA.
The Program Officer (Sub-national Cluster Coordinator) will work impartially, serving the needs of all members of the WASH Cluster and should work closely with the WASH Regional Coordinator (East/South) and/or the Chief of Field Office (in their absence), OCHA focal points, and Local Government counterparts as appropriate.
The objective of the sub-national WASH Cluster is to facilitate and support operational coordination of humanitarian/early recovery actions and plans amongst all local WASH stakeholders at the oblast / region level.
