The Consultant shall perform functions defined by the Financial Agreement and Project Operations Manual, with due diligence, quality, efficiency and economy in accordance with professional standards. The Head of PMSU is responsible for Project management, coordination, monitoring and control, performing the assigned tasks.
The objective of engaging the consultant within the Programme Management Support Unit (PMSU) is to ensure the implementation of engineering and technical support activities related to the selection of sub-projects, contract execution under the Project, monitoring of the technical performance of contracts, and technical assessment of progress achieved by the final beneficiaries.
The Consultant will support the PMSU Team in carrying out day-to-day operational activities related to the Project, in order to achieve its objectives.
