UNICEF Office of Innovation is seeking a communication consultant to support the planning, development and creation of UPSHIFT advocacy and communication activites to support global advocacy efforts to showcase the impact of UPSHIFT on young people 21st century skills development, engagment and transition from learning to earning.
The successful candidate will be a part of the Portfolio, Culture, and Scale team based in Stockholm and will work under the direct supervision of the UPSHIFT global lead and in close collaboration with the Partnerships and Communicaiton team. The consultant will work remotely and is expected to be available along CET time zone during the active engagement of the assignment.

As an Operations Officer ( Programme Effectiveness), the incumbent will be accountable for operations functions, facilitate change, provide risk informed, support implementation of UNICEF’s Harmonized Approach to Cash Transfers (HACT), solution-focused analysis, advice and services and contribute to programme and management decisions for delivering results for children in specific operational contexts
