As a Programme Associate on UNICEF's Climate, Energy, Environment, & Disaster Risk Reduction (CEED) Team, you will play a vital role in supporting key initiatives and ensuring the effective and timely delivery of programs aligned with UNICEF's mission.
The Programme Associate works in close collaboration with a range of staff in the CO, external partners and agency counterparts in support of programme design and delivery. S/He provides regular feedback on the status of projects through monitoring milestones and advises on improvements to keep activities on track.

In this position you will manage and provide technical, operational, and procedural support and end-user services in the implementation and administration of corporate applications/changes/enhancement including new functionalities/business solutions, ICT automation and modernization and the acquisition, installation and maintenance of reliable, secure, and cost-effective ICT infrastructure, network, and telecommunications. You will also improve the delivery of results and knowledge management; build business relationships, support Digital Transition, Technology for Development, and foster Innovation.
Based in Brasilia, reporting to Deputy Representative Operations, you will Manage the ICT function and provide technical and operational support to all office sections, with priority to critical functions like fundraising operations and technology for development.

The incumbent will perform hands-on design, development and implementation of products and features. In addition, the incumbents will be required to manage consultants.
