The objective of this consultancy is to support the management of UNICEF Mexico and the Innovation Task Force in systematizing the necessary information as stipulated in the COMPASS methodology and drafting the innovation strategy for the office.

The Internal Auditor (Professional Practices) supports the Internal Audit Manager and Deputy Director in upholding high standards of audit performance and management. The role focuses on ensuring the efficient operation of the audit function through technical, administrative, and quality assurance support. Key responsibilities include maintaining and supporting the TeamMate+ audit application, managing vendor relations, overseeing audit knowledge systems, and coordinating outsourced talent.The position also involves quality assessments of audit engagements, ensuring compliance with IIA Standards, and contributing to continuous improvement efforts. Additionally, the incumbent supports reporting processes, including public disclosures, committee updates, and executive board reports. Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills, along with expertise in Microsoft Office and audit tools, are essential.
Under the supervision and guidance of the CEED programme specialist, this consultant will work in collaboration with country offices, regional offices, and headquarters to advocate for increased sustainable energy commitments in investments, as well as child sensitive commitments in energy programming.
The Senior Programme Associate works in close collaboration with a range of staff in UNICEF Ethiopia Country Office, Afar, Amahara and Tigray Field Offices, external partners and agency counterparts in support of the implementation of the programme. S/He regularly monitors financial and programme implementation milestones, provides regular feedback on the status of programme and financial indicators and advises on improvements to keep programme activities on track.
