The Programme Associate, GS-6, based in Hargeisa and reporting to the WASH Specialist, provides technical, operational and administrative support for the implementation of WASH programme activities. The role focuses on drinking water supply, sanitation infrastructure, and WASH hardware projects, while strengthening coordination with local authorities and ensuring quality, accountability and effective programme delivery across Somaliland.
