Under the general guidance and supervision of the Chief of Education, the incumbent will play a critical role within the Programme Delivery and Quality Team, conducting Protection from Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (PSEA) assessments of partner organizations, managing safeguarding incidents and concerns involving partners, and supporting safeguarding capacity-strengthening initiatives. The role focuses on drinking water supply, sanitation infrastructure, and WASH hardware projects, while strengthening coordination with local authorities and ensuring quality, accountability and effective programme delivery across Somaliland.
