This assignment aims to strengthen UNICEF’s knowledge management on gender equality and support the implementation of the UGEAP 2026–2029. The consultant will develop, curate and disseminate gender-related knowledge products, facilitate knowledge exchange and capacity building, and promote mutual learning across UNICEF to improve the visibility, accessibility and use of gender-related tools, evidence and good practices.
The purpose of this consultancy is to provide time-bound technical and coordination support to strengthen UNICEF’s institutional approach to internal displacement and its advocacy and programming for child-sensitive durable solutions. The consultant will support a structured review and revision of UNICEF’s Institutional Action Plan on Internal Displacement and deliver priority internal-displacement workstreams managed by the Migration and Displacement Hub.
The assignment will help ensure that UNICEF’s global priorities reflect current evidence, organizational learning and country-level realities, and clearly position UNICEF’s contribution to preventing and addressing internal displacement, protecting the rights of internally displaced children and supporting durable solutions.
