Under the guidance of the WASH Specialist and in close collaboration with the Ministry of Health (MoH), Department of Environmental Health, the consultant will:
Develop a comprehensive, evidence-based National Strategy and Guidelines for Drinking Water Quality and Water Quality Surveillance (WQS) in Lesotho, strengthening the capacity of the MoH EHD to lead independent public health surveillance across all water supply systems, in alignment with national decentralization processes and WHO guidelines.

The GBV Officer will be responsible for providing technical support to UNICEF GBV and Child Protection partners particularly women-led organizations on GBV case management, psychosocial support (PSS), safe identification and referral of vulnerable children, and strengthening referral pathways.
