HR Manager at the P4 level in the Division of People and Culture are lead experts in the field of human resources. These positions are responsible for the execution of client services and regularly supporting senior management in policy direction and design. This position, reporting to the Chief Statistician, leads UNICEF’s Computational Analytics and Geospatial Intelligence Unit, advancing data-driven strategies through cutting-edge analytics, geospatial intelligence, and frontier technologies. The primary function of this role is to strengthen UNICEF’s data capabilities by integrating computational modeling, predictive analytics, machine learning, and geospatial insights. The incumbent is responsible for leading the development of advanced analytics tools, automating data workflows, and supporting innovative data collection platforms and administrative records, ensuring that UNICEF can make impactful, real-time decisions across health, nutrition, migration, child-mortality, education, protection, WASH, poverty, climate, and emergency response.
The Deputy Coordinator will assist the PMU Coordinator in overseeing the strategic, technical, and operational management of GPE funds within the country’s education sector. This includes ensuring robust project planning, financial management, monitoring, evaluation, and reporting. The Deputy Coordinator will support effective coordination among stakeholders and ensure the alignment of the program with national priorities and international standards.
The Deputy Representative reports to the CO Representative for general supervision and direction. The Deputy Representative serves as the principal adviser on the overall management of the CO, development of CO policies and strategies; and under delegated authority, for coordinating and managing all phases of the Country Office Programme, from formulation to delivery of results in accordance with UNICEF’s Strategic Plans, standards of performance and accountability framework, ethics, and integrity.
