UNICEF Colombia is looking for a high school graduates, technical professionals, and/or university graduates in marketing, Economics, engineering, or other related fields. With proven experience in face-to-face sales and customer acquisition campaigns, with strong leadership in managing large sales teams and vendors. Skilled in CRM tools like Salesforce, KPI tracking, and coordinating with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
UNICEF Pacific seeks a proactive international consultant for a 12-month assignment (360 days: 180 remote, 180 in-country). The consultant will be based partly at home and partly in Majuro, RMI, with at least two trips to RMI totaling nine months, and two trips to Nauru to support programming. They will work closely with the RMI Chief Secretary’s office and be managed by the North Pacific Field Office in Pohnpei, with technical support from the Suva Multi-Country Office. Daily supervision will be provided by the Child Protection Specialist. All work-related costs are covered in the contract.
The incumbent is responsible for the Virtual Hub team’s profit and loss statement for markets and campaigns and supports digital-only fundraising operations across markets in the EAP and MENA regions. The Virtual Hub team is responsible for business profitability, new donor acquisition, revenue maximization, and the management of day-to-day operations.
One of the key aspects of the role includes enablement and empowerment of regional fundraising teams at the market level to help strengthen long-term digital transformation and regional capacity building in digital fundraising, content, best practices, and process improvement. The end goal is to support financial sustainability and revenue growth through Performance Marketing, taking the region’s fundraising capabilities and results to the next level.
