UNICEF is looking for an International Consultant to support the Ministry of Social Welfare, Family Care and Demography in designing and piloting a Minimum of Three Social Services at Municipal Level in Montenegro.
UNICEF, in the framework of the current consultancy, will provide technical support to the national partners in Risk informed, climate calibrated, and context-sensitive disability inclusive national planning to enhance inclusive climate change and DRR preparedness. The national partners will be equipped with the outcomes of the comprehensive, risk-informed school safety assessments in target educational facilities for children with disabilities with the focus on the needs and rights of children and youth with disability in national disaster scenarios and consequences.
