Under the close supervision of the Fundraising Manager, P-3, the GS6 Fundraising Associate (Face-to-Face) will support the implementation of the face-to-face fundraising strategy of the Dominican Republic Country Office. Individual Giving plays a key role in achieving the projected Gross Revenue in the coming years and it is strategic to achieve sustainable performance of the face-to-face channel to align with the overall fundraising strategy. This position will be key to ensure achievement of revenue targets in an increasingly complex fundraising operation.

The overall objective of this consultancy is to support the implementation of UNICEF’s key interventions related to strengthening the social service workfore, social work and child protection case management within the framework of the implementation of the 2024-2025 bi-annual work plan. The consultant will play a key role in strengthening government and UNICEF capacity on child protection case management and social work based on international best practice, including through guidance, coaching, mentoring and training.
